Senior living community The Residence at Oak Grove, located in Thomasville, is excited to announce Jacob “Jake” CH Taylor as their new Executive Director.

With nearly two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, and business development, Jake brings a record of transformational results to The Residence at Oak Grove. He is known for cultivating a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and service excellence.

Prior to joining The Residence at Oak Grove, Jake led census and revenue turnarounds at Charter Senior Living and Turning Point Hospital, where his strategies set records in admissions, average length of stay, and occupancy. At PestShare, a SaaS startup, he spearheaded explosive growth by translating complex software into accessible value for enterprise clients. His leadership helped the company raise millions in venture funding and scale nationally.
